Is it possible to lose weight with PCOS?
Almost every Cyster I know wants to lose weight despite their PCOS. PCOS makes it super difficult for Cysters all over to drop the pounds but it is possible. One of the best strategies I utilize to help me stay on track with my eating habits is meal prepping and planning.
If you’re apart of the Facebook group, you know that it is my goal to have at least one free webinar a month. Last month, we tackled PCOS and Insulin and this month I was a little confused as to if we should tackle meal prepping or hair issues.
I asked the ladies in the group and everyone said meal prepping. So, it looks like this month I’ll be discussing PCOS and meal prepping.

PCOS DIet MEAL PLans
In order to help those who aren’t interested in creating their own meal plans and those who need a little more help with learning how to create meal plans I’ve created this PCOS diet meal plan service.
This meal plan service is for anyone looking to explore meal planning without the headache of trying to gather recipes. This meal plan service is also great for women who want to experiment with different recipes that they normally wouldn’t try. Each meal plan contains meals that help your PCOS, are easy to make, and are budget friendly.
The meal plans are $35 a month and will pop into your email inbox 7 days before the first day of the month. Thats the 24th on months with 30 days and the 25th on months with 31 days. For example:
The meal plan for June are sent out on May 24th.
The meal plan for July are sent out on June 25th.
The meal plan for August are sent out on July 24th.
