PCOS ENCOURAGEMENT AND QUOTES
I can literally spend hours on Pinterest and google searching for quotes and graphics that resonate with me. I thought that it might be a good idea for me to post weekly motivation for you guys. I’m thinking every Monday I’ll do #MondayMotivation and I’ll post little pieces of encouragement. What do you guys think? So far, having a new background on my phone makes me stay conscious of my goals and helps me stay accountable.

The first step towards getting somewhere
This week, I’ve decided to take it back to the basics. I believe in the power of change and I think that if someone decides that where they are just isn’t where they want to be, they can change that. If you’ve read my story you know that at one point I decided to just ignore my PCOS. I decided that I was going to eat whatever I wanted, not take care of my body, and pretend that I wasn’t depressed, anxiety ridden, and just plain unhappy. That didn’t pan out well for me.
By “ignoring” my PCOS, everything got worse. I gained weight, I had to tweeze and pluck hairs from my face daily, my hair started to thin, my face looked like a pepperoni pizza, and overall– I was unhappy with myself.
So, where are you?
Are you in a place where you are consciously taking care of yourself and managing your PCOS? Or are you where I was, frustrated, stuck, and miserable? If you’re where I was, it’s time to snap out of it! You have the power to take control of your life and body. You can live a happy and healthy life with PCOS. It’ll take some hard work, but together, we can do it.
