PCOS and The KEtogenic Diet
If you’ve been keeping up with my weight loss progress, you know that I’ve adapted a Ketogenic diet in order to treat my PCOS symptoms and lose weight. Since I’ve started the diet, I’ve lost weight and tried to spread the word about this awesome way of eating with other Cysters. Last week, we had a Facebook Live chat in the Hello PCOS Cysters FB group and so many ladies showed interest!

Getting started on the Ketogenic diet can be little intimidating and most people freakout when they try to figure out what they heck they will eat with such a restricted amount of carbs. Along with “What do you eat?” and “Don’t you miss bread?”, I get plenty of other Keto questions on a daily basis.
I understand that most women with PCOS have tried various diets which hardly ever yield the true results. I want to help you understand and have success with the ketogenic diet because I believe in it and I’ve had my own success.

Success on my PCOS WEight Loss Journey
I’ve struggled with my weight since I gave up brith control, I’ve experienced social anxiety due to being uncomfortable in my own skin, and I’ve felt like a stranger in my own body as the pounds just kept piling on. I’ve dealt with what most women with PCOS deal with concerning PCOS weight gain.
I’m here to show you that the ketogenic diet works and that it can help you on your journey. Since I began losing weight, I feel healthier, happier, and comfortable in my own skin. My journey isn’t over yet, I’m still actively fighting the fight and I have a goal of losing 100 lbs total. Wherever you are on your journey, and whatever your goals are, I’d like to be a source of support for you.
